This "practice" is a joke. We contacted on email to make an appointment. Their reply was an appointment time and bank details to which we were supposed to make payment after the session. On the day of the appointment we tried calling several times, no answer and no call back. We went to their "office address" for our appointment, only to find no office there, it is a residential apartment building. Later, one of their coleagues called us back and informed us that they dont meet clients in person, only online. This was never informed to us before. They later sent us an email apologizing, but could not offer us an appointment, instead sent links to a facebook page and websites of other therapists/pracrices they recommend. A total waste of time. Reply:To copy your email to us "We would like to ask for your apologies regarding the inconveniences due to the misunderstanding on Monday. We checked the incidence and found that the appointment was not registered in our booking system as there were no confirmation to the offered appointment. Meanwhile we could see as well that in the reply it was not mentioned or highlighted that we need confirmation for booking." So your email did not require a confirmation, but also you did not book us because you expected a confirmation? Hmmm.. Also, nowhere in your email or website or anything did it say the session would be conducted online. Hence we assumed it would be at your office. Only when you called us back much later after our appointment time did you inform that the therapist never meets clients in person, only online. Anyway, my point is our time was wasted and i do not recommend this practice at all. Thats all. Good luck!

I have worked with Kemal for half a year. I just had my "final" session. We really worked through a lot of stuff. His help is highly appreciated. My concern was that I'm not native in English and I saw before my first session that neither is Kemal. I was worried about the communication. Expressing and understanding the kind of talks you have with a psycologist. It was no problem at all. He always confirmed if he understood correctly. And he explained differently if I didn't understand. Kemal thought me great tools but he more importantly made sure that I remembered and used them. Five stars for Kemal!

The place, where I could get some relief. A very attentive and delicate attitude. I was working with Doctor Kemal Oker, a very skilled specialist and a great listener. I would recommend him to everyone, who is tired of abuse, is lost in their negative thoughts, needs to be heard and understood, needs to find a solution, how to improve the current state and to make the interaction with others more efficient and less stressful. It wasn't easy to make the first step and ask for a help of a psychologist. However, already after the first session it became obvious, that it is the step in the right direction.
