★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andráshoz, amikor bejelentkeztem a coaching alkalmunkra nem igazán tudtam konkrét témát vinni. Azt éreztem, hogy általánosságban rossz síkon mozog az életem, és mivel boldogtalan vagyok, ezért változásra lenne szükségem.
Az első alkalom során segített témakörökre osztani a felmerülő gondolataim, majd ezeket rendszerezve több különálló és célzott foglalkozást is javasolt.
A foglalkozásaink alatt végig értő figyelemmel fordult felém. Különösen izgalmas volt megtapasztalni, ahogyan a coaching és a pszichológia módszereit ötvözi.
Olyan személynek ajánlanám Andrást, aki szeret változatos és interaktív módszerekben résztvenni. Mindamellett pedig egy olyan segítővel dolgozna, aki magabiztosan érzékeli saját kompetenciáinak határait, ezzel teremtve meg a biztonságos és elfogadó közeget.
 For Andras, when I signed up for our coaching occasion, I couldn’t really take a specific topic. I felt like my life was moving on the wrong plane in general, and since I was unhappy, I would need a change.
During the first time, I helped to divide my thoughts into topics, and then, organizing them, I suggested several separate and targeted sessions.
He turned to me with understanding throughout our sessions. It was especially exciting to experience how he combines the methods of coaching and psychology.
I would recommend András to someone who likes to participate in varied and interactive methods. However, you would work with a helper who confidently senses the limits of your own competencies, creating a safe and accepting environment.
