V	ViRUS 6670 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undorító mikor felveszik a mocskos talajon fekvő árut és mintha mi sem történt volna, felteszik a szalagra - értékesítik, csak épp letörlik és a vevők "jó minőségű" és "tiszta" árut vesznek tőlük. Rengetegszer megteszik - sajnos erre vannak utasítva, tehát nem a munkás a felelős. A "főnökök" pedig embertelen módon "ugatnak" azoknak, akik a legapróbb hibát vétik - sőt szintén, amikor semmit nem vétettek. Alpári, trágár stílusban osztják az észt egész nap. Szó szerint megalázzák a dolgozókat. Ők pedig szépen csak mászkálnak egész nap. Meg osztják a "tudást". Tudom, ez a dolguk, ellenőrzik a termelést - csak épp nem megfelelően. Az dolgozók nem tehetnek meg olyasmiket, mint pl leülnek vagy elszívnak egy cigarettát, esetleg isznak / esznek valamit termeléskor - jó, ez mondjuk természetes, de a "főnökök" szépen esznek, ülnek, folyadékot visznek magukba - a sok-sok "munka" eléggé "elfárasztja őket". Ja és a legfontosabb : KÖTELEZIK A MUNKÁSOKAT A FOLYAMATOS - NAPI MINIMUM 3 ÓRA TÚLÓRÁRA !!! !!! !!! De van amikor többre !!! !!! !!! Ha nem tetszik a dolgozónak, megmutatják az ajtót és GOOD BYE - tehát "elfogadják" a túlórát. Mit is tehetnének? Paradox az egész? IGEN !!! !!! !!! Mert NEM KÖTELEZŐ TÚLÓRÁT KÉNYSZERÍTIK az emberekre. Reggel 6:30 - indul a ROBOTMUNKA !!! !!! !!! Délután sötétben vége. Ui: Csak meg ne jelenjenek a szakszervezetek - de meg fognak jelenni, mert ez nem mehet tovább. It’s disgusting when they pick up the goods on the dirty ground and, as if nothing had happened, put them on the tape - they sell them, they just wipe them off and the buyers take “good quality” and “clean” goods from them. They do it a lot of times - unfortunately they are instructed to do so, so it is not the worker who is responsible. And "bosses" inhumanly "bark" at those who make the slightest mistake - even when they have done nothing. They are divided in Estonian in an Alpar, obscene style throughout the day. They literally humiliate workers. And they just crawl nicely all day. They share "knowledge." I know, it’s their job to control production - just not right. Workers can’t do things like sit down or smoke a cigarette, maybe drink / eat something during production - well, that’s natural, let’s say, but the “bosses” eat nicely, sit, take in liquids - a lot of “work” is enough. "exhausts them." Oh and most importantly: WORKERS ARE OBLIGATED TO CONTINUE FOR A CONTINUOUS - MINIMUM 3 HOURS A DAY !!! !!! !!! But there are times when more !!! !!! !!! If the employee doesn’t like it, they show the door and GOOD BYE - so they “accept” overtime. What can they do? Is it a paradox? YES !!! !!! !!! Because it is NOT OBLIGATORY to force people to work overtime. 6:30 in the morning - the ROBOT WORK starts !!! !!! !!! It's over in the afternoon in the dark. Ui: Just don’t show unions - but they will show up because it can’t go on.

For container is most of the time (for me) manual loading and they load 4-5 hours and that’s realy slow. Paper job 1-2 hour. Company is realy good but they work slow. General? Good good company.
