The place is neat and tidy, has lots of options. Will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered from them via netpincér, the order - delivery time took more or less 2,5 hours. called once. said they were sorry but pinkypromise 10 minutes and it will be delivered. tried to call again but the phone got disconnected.
food wise it's quite basic, won't order from here twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an ice cream with little son. His cone was broken, asked for an other one. I got mine, cone was broken too. Then at the cashier after payment processed I recognised that one of the scoops was 'extra price'. Asked for the reason, got that it's wellness (sugar free) but don't worry, it's the same taste. Then I checked again if any of the selected flavours were indicated as special price. There wasn't any (though some other next to them had the sign). When I told them that it's not ok, and misleading, how should've I known? The answer was they do not have any plat to indicate for every flavour. Not literal 'excuse us' or something like that.
This is not the first time that we had bad experience with the service but definitely the worst. The ice cream itself is good but sure will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be one of our favourite places in Fehervari street, but now seems the quality gap between Fehervari street and Budaörs restaurants is huge, as the later one is a really good one.
Latest experience is that we ordered pizza + salad from Fehervari street through netpincer, it arrived after 2,5 hours cold. After 1,5 hours I called them and they said the courier is on its way. After 2 hours called again, they had no idea when it will arrive. Additionally the seafood on the pizza had a strange taste, had to be removed from the toppings. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pizzas are great, and they are selling the best pistachio spread on earth!! a small Italy in Hungary. waiters are definitely ignorant, but if you get through this hurdle and manage to get your whatever, you'll feel great;))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very yummy creamy ice cream! 330 HUF per scoop is a bit more pricey than usual, but it is also totally worth it! The portion is big, the selection of flavours wide (both fruity and chocolaty ones), staff is kind and the shop modern and welcoming. Cakes' slices look really appetising. Will be back soon to try them and pizza and pasta, too.
