E	Elemér Főnyedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hetye falu nevét 1082-ben említik először. A falubeliek “törökhagyásként” emlegetik a romot. A torony a legfelső szint kivételével román kori, befalazott ikerablakokkal, nyugati oldalán félköríves ablakkal, felette hangréssel. A legfelső szint kőkeretes ablakai alapján gótikus. A torony keleti falán az egykori karzat boltozatának íve látszik. A templomot temető veszi körül. Hetye falu a török korban elnéptelenedett. The name of the village of Hetye was first mentioned in 1082. The villagers refer to the ruin as “Turkish abandonment”. The tower, with the exception of the top level, has Romanesque walled twin windows, a semicircular window on the west side, and a sound gap above it. The top level is gothic based on the stone framed windows. On the east wall of the tower you can see the arch of the vault of the former gallery. The church is surrounded by a cemetery. The village of Hetye was depopulated during the Turkish era.

A földútra érve megkönnyebbül az utazó, mert az jobb, mint a kátyus aszfalt. A rom maga lenyűgöző, a tornyon kívül azonban szinte semmi sem maradt meg. Úgy tűnik, a körülvevő föld birtokosa(i) földéhségének csak a szemérem szab határt, a szántás már messze rámászik az egykori templom és temető területére. Pedig nagyobb értéket jelentene megőrzése, mint az a pár kosárnyi termény. To the east of the settlement, you can access it from an incredibly poor old asphalt road leading to Máriajor, Pélpuszta, on a dirt road signposted to the south. Getting on the dirt road makes it easier for the traveler because it is better than the asphalt paver. The ruin itself is impressive, but hardly anything is left outside the tower. It seems that the landowner (s) of the surrounding land are only hungry for hunger, and plowing is now far beyond the site of the former temple and cemetery. Still, preserving it would be more valuable than just a few baskets of produce.
G	Gyula Dombos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ádándtól néhány Km-re található, ez a remek kiránduló hely. Régen fák vették körül a tornyot, de sajnos ezeket valamiért kivágták. A kilátás nagyon jó. Located a few Km from Ádánd, it is a great excursion destination. Trees used to surround the tower, but unfortunately they were cut down for some reason. The view is very good.

A Google navigáció nem jó irányba vitt, a helyben kihelyezett táblákat érdemes követni. It leads to a quite tolerable dirt road, and can be well traveled by car in rainless weather. Google navigation is not in the right direction, it is worth following the boards placed locally.
f	ferenc mrena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem messze lakom, de 50 év után végre megnéztem.Nekem tetszett, csak azt nem értem miért vágták ki az összes fát körülötte!? (2 éves fotókon még vannak fák!!!) Szerintem szebben nézne ki a rom körül fákkal, mint így a tűző naptól kiégett gáz tenger közepén. Egyébként a csendben, nyugalomban nagyon izgalmas bele gondolni, hogy valamikor 800 éve ott keresztény élet folyt! I don’t live far away, but after 50 years I finally looked it up. I liked it, I just don’t understand why all the trees around it were cut down !? (There are still trees in 2 year old photos !!!) I think it would look nicer with trees around the ruin than so the gas burned from the scorching sun in the middle of the sea. By the way, in the silence, in peace, it is very exciting to think that sometime 800 years ago there was a Christian life!
