The service and the hairdressers are good. It is a great place to get your hair done especially if you just want a regular wash and cut. The price is reasonable as well.

Almost no wait. Prices are fair, but on the higher end. The staff was nice. I like the cut I got.

The worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend at all. The tattooed guy who gave me the haircut was so bad mannered and arrogant.

Hard to review this place because it was a varied experience. Concerning the hairdresser herself, the woman with the long blond hair, I am very satisfied with the experience. She listened to my concerns even when I was worried. The last hair cut I got was not what I had wanted so I was a little anxious about getting it right. She was patient and assured me that she understood. She also took her time and I felt that she was doing her best. The reason I only leave 3 stars is because of the behavior of the receptionist. I called beforehand asking if I could come in last minute before my train, asking for someone who speaks English. She said that she would translate for me. I came as quickly as I could although I was later than I expected. I came in telling her that I had an appointment and she didn’t really say anything to me and motioned to the blonde woman, who I assumed was the one I spoke to on the phone, but turned out to be my hairdresser. The receptionist didn’t greet me, didn’t welcome me in, and didn’t confirm that she knew who I was. Then it came to explaining to my hairdresser what I wanted. But the receptionist just didn’t seem very interested in helping me so I relied on my boyfriend for the initial translation. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her questions during the haircut and she was always on her phone and drinking her energy drink, which would be fine if she was doing her job in the meantime (what is her job, anyway?) Then when it came to pay, she told me it would cost 4,440 forins! Which is a lot more than I expected based on what the website said. I politely questioned the amount, asking if I did not qualify as short hair? She then curtly and rudely shoved the menu in front of me pointing out that it has to be above my ears to qualify as short. I wasn’t annoyed about the price but what really made me irritated was her attitude and general impatience and impoliteness. She could have just explained it to me but I guess she needed to get back to Tinder or whatever. Would definitely have rated the place lower if it weren’t for the hairdresser, who did a really great job.

I asked for a trim. 3-4cm. No wash, dry, or style. A lady did it in about 10 minutes. I was charged 5880HUF by a rude women at the counter. The trim was fine, but they are for sure trying to take advantage of foreigners (which I'm not).
