Nigdzie nie pisze ze to zakład pracy chronionej a ludzie pracują jak by coś im dolegało. It takes a long time to unload 4 pallets. 2 hours of waiting. Nowhere does he write that it is a sheltered employment facility and people work as if something was wrong with them.
i	ignacy /////////// on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprzednimi razami było ok. Szybki rozładunek. Dziś tj. 7.6.22.skrajnie długo aż zkonczyl się czas pracy. Jedyny plus że pozwolili postać do jutra rana. Igaz, hogy a lerakás megakadt valami miatt és várni kellett, de mikor érdeklődtem nagyon udvariasan elnézést kértek és segítőkészek voltak. Le a kalappal! I’ve been to many places before, but I’ve rarely met with such a fair brigade. It’s true that the dump got stuck for something and I had to wait, but when I inquired they were very polite apologetic and helpful. Hats off!
E	Eszter Fehér on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltünk a praktikertől konyhabútort a mai napon szállították volna ki de nem érkezett meg a futár.. érdeklődni se tudtunk sehogy, az ügyfélszolgálatot is 20szor hívtam egésznap eredménytelenül. Este fél7kor sem hozták a csomagot több órás késéssel. Nem ajánlom!

A konkurensek már háromszor leszállították volna.Gyalog. :) A második csillag az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgyé,akinek valóban fontos voltam...sokadik hívás után. És lőn csoda.. Also Praktiker package. 04.29. then 05.02. I 3.-a. Annoying and not cheap. Competitors would have delivered it three times already. On foot. :) The second star belongs to the customer service lady I really cared about ... after many calls. And it was a miracle ..
N	Nikolett Pauza-Pálfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas. Praktikerbol rendelt ajtokat szallitanak nekunk. Mar 2 datumot mondtak a szallitasra(egyiket a Praktiker ugyfelszolgalatan, a kovetkezot a Raben ugyfelszolgalatan), de ezt is csak ugy, hogy en hivtam oket tobbszor, hogy meddig varjuk oket itthon, hiszen at kell neznunk az ajtokat ha meghoztak. Egyik akalommal sem tortent meg a szallitas, sem egy email vagy telefon a varhato szallitasrol, vagy esetleg tajekoztatasrol, hogy csusznak, megsem jonnek, stb. Igy nulla infoval meg mindig itthon ulok es varom oket. Mult heten mar azt igertek, hogy irnak a pecsi deponak az adataimmal, hogy tajekoztassanak, es keresni fognak telefonon. Ez azota sem tortent meg. Az egy csillag az ugyfelszolgalatos holgyeknek megy akikkel beszeltem, ok nagyon kedvesek es segitokeszek. :) Terrible. Doors ordered from a practitioner will be delivered to us. There were already 2 dates for the delivery (one at the Praktiker service and the next at the Raben service), but this was only because I called them several times to see how long we could wait for them at home, as we would have to check the doors when they were brought. Neither the delivery nor the email or the phone about the expected delivery, or possibly informing them to slip, destroy, etc. So with zero info I always go home and wait for them. For several weeks now, they have promised to write to the Pecs depot with my details to inform you and they will search by phone. That didn't happen either. That one star goes to the customer service I talked to, which is why they are very kind and helpful. :)
k	krisztian szekeres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A praktikertöl rendeltem butorokat ami előre utalással és áru rakodást is kértem! Először 12.re vártam a futárt nem jött 13.an 28 szor probaltam hivni a céget senki nem vette fel majd email ami után megeggyeztünk hogy 14. Reggel 9 re nálam lesznek a bútorok !!! Sikerült du 14:00 kihozni majd mehettem is le a bútorokért a futárhoz mert ő egyedül van és nem hozza fel mert 4.emelet és nehéz is(jelzem kifizettem a rakodast!azóta sem hivtak fel hogy elnézést kérjenek vagy hogy akkor vissza kapok e pénzt a rakodas miatt mert hogy lényegében én vittem fel! I ordered furniture from the practitioner, which I also asked for in advance and loading of goods! First I waited for the courier at 12. I didn't come 13.
