The waitress girl is inexperienced in catering industry but she is nice, helpful, and hospitable. She can speak German too. I do recommend this place for travellers.

We did not think breakfast was included in the price of the room, so we were nicely surprised that it was. Great location near Esterhazy Palace, right on main road with grocery store across the street..

The staff speak very limited English, but we were able to communicate with part English and part German. Our room was quite big and very clean and we had the option to pay a little extra for air conditioning which was a blessing. There are only about 3 restaurants in the town and we went to the Schnitzel Insel Restaurant for dinner, which is just up from the hotel but down an alleyway. It was basic, but the food was delicious and the prices we thought were quite cheap compared to where we live in Vienna Austria. The breakfast at the hotel was basic, but there was cheese, bread, meat, sausages, yogurt, cereal, tea and coffee, which was plenty for us. We really liked this Hotel and it comes back to that you get what you pay for. The hotel was not expensive, it was basic, but it was clean and the staff were friendly..
