Már az információs pultnál dolgozó munkatárs is készséges, szolgálatkész volt, nem csak a kérdésemre válaszolt, de ő maga adott sorszámot is a megfelelő szolgáltatáshoz. Pontban 8 órakor szólítitták az első ügyfelet, egy percen belül már három ügyfél is a megfelelő ablaknál intézhette az ügyeit. Nem csevegteg egymással, nem húzták az időt, a pultjuknál voltak az ügyintézők és dolgoztak. Időben, pontosan, gyorsan. Két perc múlva már én is intézhettem a lakcímváltozást, ami miatt jöttem. Szakszerűen, gyorsan ment minden. Néhány perc, és a kezemben volt az új okmány. Tudom, így kell(ene) mennie minden hivatalos ügynek, mindenhol, de ez azért nem megszkott. Egészen elképedtem, és csak gratulálni tudok! I arrived a few minutes before the 8 o’clock opening.
