We didn't get to work. The survey fee is $ 4,500, which means I wouldn't have a chance to compare their quotes with other companies unless I paid all of them for the quote.

It was a big disappointment for me. Before the survey, I was almost certain that I would be asking them to renovate or replace our windows because the website convinced me. The place of work would have been in Pest, but according to the website, this is not a problem. When I first inquired over the phone, they said they could come out in a month to come up with an offer for 8800, which, if accepted, would be deducted later. I called them two days before the agreed date to discuss the exact time they were coming. Then they said they would call the next day and we would discuss the date. This has happened where I would have had so many requests that it is not suitable between 9-10 because I will have a discussion, before, anytime after that. Of course, it was just a good time for them to hang on to it. There was no sign of flexibility in them, so I had to deal with them so they could only come then. They arrived on time, they were sympathetic when they met in person. This is definitely positive. I wanted to ask them for two offers: refurbishment and replacement. For this, it was reported that they do not make an offer to replace plastic windows, they only replace them with wood. This was also said to be much more expensive, so I let this go, to keep the offer for renovations. They were then told that the offer included the replacement of the glass and its insulation. I blinked at this, and I was immediately reminded of a sentence read on the website: "Replacing a window doesn't end with a mere replacement of the glass." I said let’s put at least one paint in it already because the paint is flaking off and it’s really not pretty. They didn’t really want me to do it with anyone else. That was the moment I decided to forget that, they’re definitely not going to do anything here. It was discussed among themselves that an offer should only be made for the painting, as a separate item. They even asked me to add it to matte or glossy paint, for which I said something, but I was no longer interested. A week later, the offer arrived, which was more than a plastic replacement, with shutters, mosquito nets on everything. Which, by the way, came out free to assess within a few days.
