No one in this branch work! No one respond! I've been here for more than an hour waiting

Accessible by tram 4 and 6. Metro line 3, and various bus lines. Bank is located right next to metro stairway. Based on only one encounter so far, the average waiting time was lower than other branches. I had visited another branch 10 minutes before with considerably longer waiting queue. There is also a computer available for customers to do internet banking on site if needs be. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and admirably patient.

A terrible service. Tried to deposit around 40,000 HUF in coins. Had to wait 30 minutes for the cashiers to have lunch despite the time restrictions with not being able to enter the bank until 12pm with covid and the elderly having priority which I have no issue with, but why everyone takes a lunch break when everyone else is able to use the bank is unacceptable and truly astounding! Once I got a cashier I was told that I was only able to deposit the 50 HUF coins, after kicking up a fuss they said they would take the rest. 5% cut on all coins deposited and told it will take 2 hours as they don't have a machine to process it. During this time other customers who wanted to deposit cash were turned away because it was going to take so long. Sorry to those customers. But the service is terrible considering a bank of this size, in a central location and having premium banking (not that this should make a difference). An embarrassment, I've seen toddlers process coins better than this with their plastic money that they learn with in school!!!

The service is terrible at this branch and very rude employees, definitely not recommended! I was waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for my number while the employees where chilling around, only one desk was working! When I got at the desk finally and I shared my experience that I am not happy with your service she didn’t even ask a simple apology! She just said „I don’t understand English!“. By the way she understood the rest of the tasks and she could speak English properly! It’s a big shame for Raiffeisenbank.

It is total waste branch.. No-one calls even with Premium Banking. I waited 30 minutes for a simple document, but no one called. Please avoid this branch..

The blonde lady in her late 40s at the cashier desk is a “legend”. When she saw my non-EEA passport and it’s ID didn’t match the database she started shaking and screaming! She kept repeating the name of my country loudly. And I only wanted to withdraw cash for which they charge a handsome commission, by the way. She didn’t let me say anything to explain the possible reason behind this lapse. The lady with the tattoo on her hand called the security guy and was also neurotically calling someone. They made me look and feel like a criminal which I will never forget. I was in shock. Later this security guy told me I had to leave the bank quickly because he wanted to go home…!! This is a very different experience from what I’m used to at the branch in Ulloi ut. I advise anyone against going to the Raiffeisen branch that’s located at Blaha Lujza.

Terrible guys. Don't take care the waiting queue arriving time order! Call what they like. If you came earlier IT SHOULD BE YOUR PROBLEM!!!! THEY CAN CALL WHOM THEY LIKE / CHOOSE!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE.... THEN WHY THERE IS A MACHINE TO GIVE YOU TOKEN NUMBER!!!!!

No stabil premium banking colleagues. Colleagues are often changes. They don't give you notification on this person changing. They don't answer to phone calls, neither to the calling back request. The head of the branch is same... Cannot reach him/her.
