★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyintézés lassú, nem nagyon foglalkoznak az emberrel. Egyik alkalommal fél óra várakozás után leléptem, pedig amíg ott voltam, csak két ügyfél volt és 4 ügyintéző.
The administration is slow, not very concerned with the person. One time I left after half an hour of waiting, even though I was there, there were only two clients and 4 clerks.

Meg akartam szűntetni a bankszámlaszámomat 3 hónappal ezelőtt. Hamar sorra kerültem, de utána az ügyintézés (egy egyszerű bankszámla megszűntetés) egy örökké valóság volt. Több mint 1 órát ott voltam, ahol töbszörösen meg kellet hallgatnom a kedvezményeiket és hogy maradjak náluk. 3500Ft/hó számlavezetési díj és stb. + 8000Ft éves kártyahasználati díj volt, elvileg kiemelt ügyfelnek. Gondolom mindenki tudja miért hagytam ott őket. Abban a tudatban voltam, hogy megszűnt a számlám náluk.
Most pedig fizetési felszólítást kaptam, mivel nem csak nagyon hoszzú volt az ügyintézés, hanem még nem is sikerült. Sajnos a megszűntetésről a papírok már nincsenek meg, több hónapja most hallottam először a régi imádott bankomról.
Invaluable incompetent team!
I wanted to cancel my bank account 3 months ago. It was soon my turn, but after that the administration (a simple bank account termination) was a reality forever. I was there for over 1 hour where I had to listen to their discounts multiple times and to stay with them. 3500 HUF / month account management fee and etc. It was an annual card usage fee of + 8000 HUF, in principle for a special customer. I guess everyone knows why I left them there. I was aware that my account with them had been terminated.
And now I have received a demand for payment, because not only was the administration very lengthy, but it didn’t even work out. Unfortunately, the papers on the termination are no longer there, I just heard for the first time several months ago about my old beloved bank.
