★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon lassú az ügyintézés, a dolgozók sokáig csak egymással beszélgetnek és felhalmozódik az ügyfelek száma a váróteremben, hogy leülni már nehéz. Az ülő helyek kapacitása nem elegendő forgalmasabb órákban.
Viszont amikor sorra kerül az ember, akkor kedvesek a dolgozók és próbálnak mindenben segíteni.
The administration is very slow, the employees just talk to each other for a long time and the number of customers in the waiting room accumulates that it is difficult to sit down. Seating capacity is not sufficient during busy hours.
However, when it comes to people, the workers are kind and try to help with everything.

It beats the country’s retirement bank in terms of customer attitude and service quality. A bank branch in Diósgyőr would be a boon.
