Ezek a társasházak a régiekkel ellentétben már közös udvarral, játszótérrel, saját nagy terasszal és tetőkerttel rendelkeznek, ami nagyban megkönnyíti a hétköznapokat. A környék rengeteg lakó befogadására képes, de a közeli parkok és terek, a vízpartok nem engedik "elbetonosodni" a területet. A parkokból a kutyások sincsenek kizárva és a nyilvános wc-re is gondoltak. HÉV megálló pár perc séta, a közelben a Csepel pláza mozival, élelmiszerboltok (Aldi) és csodaszép Dunaparti sétány található. Nagyon szép, hangulatos hely! Ne dőlj be a netes légifelvételeknek, mert ott lenni egész más! :)
It looks crowded at first, but the streets in the area are wide and the spaces are huge, which is a real refreshment after downtown. Unlike the old ones, these condominiums already have a common yard, a playground, their own large terrace and a roof garden, which makes everyday life much easier. The area can accommodate a lot of inhabitants, but the nearby parks and squares and the waterfront do not allow the area to be "concreted". Dogs are not excluded from the parks either and they also thought about the public toilet. A few minutes walk from the HÉV stop, nearby you will find the Csepel Plaza cinema, grocery stores (Aldi) and the beautiful Danube Promenade. Very nice, cozy place! Don’t fall for the online aerial view because being there is a whole other thing! :)
