Vásároltam egy tepsit, ami 20 percel később kiderült, hogy nem fér be a sütőmbe. Amikor visszavittem, teljesen érintetlen állapotban, rögtön rávágták, hogy ezt bizony le kellett volna mérnem és így nem cserélik ki. Jobban mondva csak fejcsóválást kaptam. Hozzáállásból és vevőszolgálatból csúnyán megbuktak. Igazán kár érte. I have been going to this store for 5 years. I can say that I am a regular customer. Or rather, I was just. I bought a baking tray that turned out 20 minutes later that didn’t fit in my oven. When I took it back, completely intact, I was immediately told that I should have measured it and so it wouldn’t be replaced. Or rather, I just got a shake. They failed ugly in attitude and customer service. It's really a pity.

Tegnap vissza szerettem volna vinni egy lakkot amire végül múlt héten nem volt szükségem a küszöb átfestésénél. Amikor múlt héten ezt a terméket megvettem nem gondoltam volna rá, hogy nem lesz rá szükségem, mivel elég alacsony bizodalmam volt a szintén itt vásárolt ezüst akrilspray-vel szemben. De a spray végül erőn felül teljesített, az üzlet és annak tulajdonosa viszont a legvadabb elképzeleseimet is alulmúlta, amikor blokkol és bontatlanul vittem vissza a terméket. Az első perctől kezdve úgy kezeltek, mintha teljesen elment volna az eszem, majd maga az ügyvezető oktatott ki, hogy mégis ezt hogy gondoltam. Iszonyú lekezelő, megalázó, kioktató sítlusban adta elő mindezt, ezért életemben először beírtam az üzlet panaszkönyvébe. Több tízezer forintot hagytam ott eddig ebben az üzletben mivel helyi lakos vagyok, de miután tegnap volt szerencsém megismerni ebben a személyben a cég tulajdonosát biztos, hogy be nem teszem ide többet a lábam. When I bought this product last week, I didn’t think I wouldn’t need it because I had pretty little confidence in the silver acrylic spray I also bought here. But the spray eventually outperformed, and the store and its owner outperformed even my wildest imaginations when I took the product back unblocked and unopened. From the first minute, I was treated as if my mind was completely gone, and then the executive himself taught me how I thought it was. He presented it all in a horrible condescending, humiliating, instructive way, so for the first time in my life, I wrote it in the business complaint book. I have left tens of thousands of forints in this shop so far as I am a local resident, but since I had the good fortune to get to know the owner of the company in this person yesterday, I am sure I will not put my feet in here anymore.
