Tervezője Feith Mihály, kivitelezője Feith Gábor volt.
A zsinagóga a második világháború után elnéptelenedett. Az épületet az 1960-as évektől kezdve térkép-, illetve az 1980-as évek óta könyvraktárként használják, ekkor vette meg az Országos Széchényi Könyvtár(OSZK). Az épületet ma is az OSZK használja, az egyik raktárrészlege működik benne."

Sajnos az épület nagyon elhagyatott, körülötte szemetet raknak le.
 "The Jewish community of Rákospalota built the church in 1926-1927 along today's Régi Fóti út, just one house further from the corner of Szentmihályi út and Régi Fóti út.
Its designer was Mihály Feith, the constructor was Gábor Feith.
The synagogue was depopulated after World War II. The building has been used as a map warehouse since the 1960s and as a book warehouse since the 1980s, when the National Széchényi Library (OSZK) bought it. The building is still used by the NSZL, and one of its warehouse departments is located in it. "

Unfortunately, the building is very abandoned, rubbish is being dumped around it.
