Csakhogy én a termék árán felül postaköltséget is fizettem az átvételkor, plusz a visszaküldés is pénzbe kerül. Nem ajánlom őket senkinek. They didn't send what I ordered. They can't replace it. I mail back to some village place and then they refund the price of the product. But in addition to the price of the product, I also paid postage on receipt, plus the return will cost money. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Felhivtam őket, hogy mi van a rendeléssel azt mondták küldtek emailt, hogy nincs abban a színben de ez nem fedi a valóságot semi felé emailt nem küldték! Kértem őket küldjékakkor a másik szint közölték nem tudják már teljesíteni senkinek nem ajánlom mert hiteltelenek! I ordered I did not receive it as expected !!! A rendelés leadásától számított 9-ik!!! napon nekem kellett érdeklődnöm, hogy mégis mikor kapom meg a megrendelést, majd pár órával később valaki felhívott telefonon, hogy nincsen készleten, így lemondják a megrendelést. No comment! Uncritical service, not customer-centric attitude at all. 9th since the order was placed !!! day I had to ask when I would still receive the order and then a few hours later someone called me on the phone that it was out of stock so they would cancel the order. No comment!

Ezt a meghirdetett termék mellett kellett volna közzé tenni a honlapon. I also went the way one did before me: I gave up the order that was received by the system and then more than 1 week later I was told that unfortunately the requested product was not in stock. This should have been published on the website alongside the advertised product.
A	Aliz Geröly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem a fiamnak Húsvétra egy rendőrségi hajót.Április 7-én.Még aznap el is utaltam az összeget.A kiszállításra azt írták 2-3 munkanap.Április 13-án felhívtam őket,hogy mikor érkezik a csomag,a hölgy tájékoztatott,hogy nem biztos,hogy ideér,mert sok rendelésük van.(Hát nem örültem) Végülis a csomag a mai napon ideért,igaz utánvéttel küldték ki.A postás azt mondta,ő csak akkor tudja átadni,ha kifizetem neki,mivel utánvéttel van.(Teljesen érthető) Hívtam őket ismét,a kedves hölgy tájékoztatott,hogy mást nem tudok csinálni,minthogy kifizetem mégegyszer,és még a mai napon visszautalják számomra az elutalt összeget.Természetesen ez nem történt meg!!!!!! Kiváncsian várom mikor utalják vissza. A vevőszolgálatuk kritikán aluli. Esetleg valami továbbképzésre elküldhetnék a munkatársakat,hogyan is kell egy problémás helyzetet kezelni. Soha többet!Senkinek nem ajánlom!!!!! I ordered my son a police boat for Easter. On April 7. I even remitted the amount that day. It was written 2-3 business days for delivery. On April 13, I called them to see when the package would arrive, to get here because they have a lot of orders. (Well, I wasn't happy) After all, the package was sent out here today, with a true cash on delivery. I called them again, the lady informed me that I could do nothing but pay again and the amount transferred would be refunded to me today. Of course this did not happen !!!!!! I look forward to being referred back. Their customer service is under criticism. Maybe I could send staff for some further training on how to deal with a problematic situation. Never again! I don't recommend it to anyone !!!!!
