★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az első egyeztetéskor segítőkészek és udvariasak voltak, korektnek tűntek. Az árajánlat elkészültéig pár hét türelmet kértek, de hónapok múlva sem készült el. Számszerűsítve 2 hónap kevés volt hozzá, egyedül a hitegetés maradt a többszöri telefonváltások alkalmával.
Egy 20 éves tapasztalattal bíró családi vállalkozástól számomra ez elfogadhatatlan viselkedés az ügyfelek irányába.
Csak azoknak tudom ajánlani, akiknek acelhuzalból vannak az idegei, az ideje végtelen, vagy amit megrendelt arra nincs is nagy szüksége, mert sosem készül el (de legalább így nem éri nagy csalódás).
At the first consultation, they were helpful and polite, they seemed fair. They asked for a few weeks of patience until the quote was completed, but it wasn’t completed in months. Quantitatively, 2 months was not enough for him, only the petting was left on the occasion of multiple phone changes.
From a family business with 20 years of experience, this is unacceptable behavior towards customers for me.
