It wasn't an easy sale in terms of circumstances beyond our power, but they worked around every possible obstacle. Bence was ready to get some legal advice and utilized his bank contacts. Once we had a buyer, he worked tirelessly on the deal and supported us with the handover process, getting a repair person to the apartment, obtaining the energy certificate, and so much more. As sellers living abroad, this support was highly appreciated. The fact that they both speak and write (yes, even the contracts) in perfect English is a huge big plus in the real estate market in Hungary. I absolutely recommend working with such a well-established and well-connected team.
