Csak rosszat tudok írni róla! A kínálat az még elmegy, viszont az árak drágák, az ott dolgozók nem kedvesek. Mivel nincs konkurencia a környéken, ezért tud csak életben maradni a bolt.

A vevők nekik az ellenség.! Nem egyszeri vásárlás után,az egyik alkalommal a visszajároba volt egy szakadt 500 Ft.os. Kértem hogy adjon egy másikat.!ami nem szakadt. Erre a válasz mejek a postára és cserélem ki..! Mondtam addig nem megyek el még nem ad másikat.. Nagy szitkozodas után kicserélte. Igazi rosszindulatú.! Aki normális azt kiutálják.

Felfoghatatlan , hogyan működhet ez a bolt ilyen eladókkal( tisztelet a pár kivételnek), akik ennyire gyűlölik a vásárlókat és RENDSZERESEN mások előtt megalázzák őket ráadásul igazságtalanul!!Főleg a vállig érő, sötét hajú szemüveges nő, talán Judit a neve! Ma is olyan jelenetnek voltam szemtanúja, hogy ez már teljesen elfogadhatatlan!

Szomszéd dolgozott itt, sokat mesélt róla. Gyakorlatilag folyamatosan keresnek ide dolgozókat, főleg pénztárosokat.Az újoncoknak átszámolatlan kasszát kell átvenniük, aztán hopp, be-beugrik egy legalább ötvenezres hiány, amit szépen levonnak az újonc fizetéséből és mehet. Szerencsétleneknek esélyük sincs bizonyítani, hogy nem ők a tolvajok.

I live next door, but I'd rather walk another 5 minutes just so that I don't have to shop here. Customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Avoid

Inconvenient times, rude staff, and poorly stocked

Update (18/10/2021): I had to change the original review, since there were some significant staff changes as well as changes in the attitude of the existing staff. On the other hand, the rest of the issues (eg. lack of high quality products, poor decisions regarding the sortiment) are still there though. Original review: I rarely write reviews, but this one must be written. I live 2 minutes walk from this place and would rather walk another 10 to get to a proper shop. This place has the worst customer service, literally. Almost all of the employees are burnt-out, they would never greet you, no smiles, not even a goodbye. If you ask something, they will definitely act like if they owned the place and give you half an answer preachingly. I always greeted them politely, smiled, acted like a normal person, never got anything in return. And yeah, there are some problems with the sortiment and the lack of hygiene, as well. There might be some sort of a staff renewal process though.. let's see if there is going to be any improvement or not.

Not a bad place, it's very conveniently located for me. There is a good selection and good prices. Most of the staff are helpful and polite but there are a few rotten apples but I still recommend this shop. The nice staff outshine the few grumpy ones overall.
