A 3 rétegű üveg szigetelése várakozásaimat is felülmúlta, hőtartása csúcs szuper és még halkabb is lett a lakás. A termék felületi minősége is kiváló, ügyfélszolgálat első osztályú. Jó szívvel ajánlom! In September, I replaced doors and windows in my apartment, door-windows are all Realtherm products. The insulation of the 3 layers of glass also exceeded my expectations, its heat retention peak is super and the apartment has become even quieter. A legmagasabb kategóriát választottam, 3 rétegű toló-bukó ablakokat, ez az Alkotás utcára néző szobában, ahol villamos és 2x2 autósáv van. Az utcára néző ablak pedig betörés védelemmel ellátott üveggel rendelkezik. Profi a csapat, tisztán dolgoznak. Szerintem a lehető legjobb választás volt. Köszönöm szépen a profi munkát és a minőségi nyílászárókat. I bought a Realtherm aluminum front door. With sliding shield and electronic lock, getting in and out is much easier. The street-facing window has burglar-protected glass. The team is professional, they work cleanly. I thought it was the best choice. De kárpótol minket a mesteri munka és a nagy ablakok. Szerettünk volna még nagyobb ablakokat a házunkba építeni, de a szakértő nem javasolta. Szép és világos nappalink van. Mindenkinek ajánlom. Thank you Realtherm for the big glass windows. We were waiting for a home renovation, though we had to wait almost a week for an answer. But the work and the big windows make up for us. We would have liked to have even bigger windows in our house, but the expert didn't recommend it. We have a nice and bright living room. I recommend to everyone.

Reagálás a válaszra: A KT Ablakkal állunk szerződésben, akiknek az elmúlt 8.5 hétben heti 2-3 telefonhívás ellenére sem tudtak Önök választ adni arra a kérdésre, hogy a hiányzó termékeket mikor óhajtják pótolni, folyamatosan a hitegetés ment, hogy " majd jövőhéten". Ezt játszák 8,5 hete. Másfél hete már a kereskedelmi igazgatóig jutott a dolog, ő emailben arról tájékoztatta a KT ablakot, hogy a lemaradt termékek a mai napon (12.17) érkeznek meg. It turned out this was just another belief because the front door was still missing.

A kiszallitast kovetoen eszleltem, es jeleztem rogton, hogy nem a megfelelo parameterekkel rendelkezo ajtot kaptuk. A forgalmazo jelezte, hogy ujragyartjak az ajtot. Tobb mint 7 honapon keresztul vartam, hogy hozzak az ajtot, ezalatt semmi informaciot nem kaptam rola. 7 honap utan mar en telefonaltam hogy mi tortenik. Mondtak hogy 1 het es szallitjak, ebbol 2 het lett, es ekkor se sikerult jo ajtot leszallitani, majd ujabb masfel het volt mire kihoztak az ujat. Szoval 8 honap utan megkaptam az ajtot, es mikor reklamacioval es kartalanitasi kerelemmel fordultam hozzajuk, az volt a valasz, hogy csak esztetikai hiba volt az ajton, ami a funkciojat nem befolyasolta. Szoval teljesen normalis volt szamukra a 8 honapos javitasi ido.... We ordered an entrance door through a dealership from Realtherm. I was aware of the delivery and indicated that we had not received a door with the correct parameters. The dealer indicated that I should reopen the door. I waited through the door for more than 7 months, during which time I received no information about it. After 7 months, I called what happened. I was told to deliver in 1 week, which became 2 weeks, and then we didn't get a good door, and then it was another week before the new one was brought out. So after 8 months I got the door, and when I turned to them with a complaint and a request for a card, the answer was that there was only an aesthetic flaw in the door that did not affect the function. So the repair time of 8 months was completely normal for them ....
