★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 06.28-án vásároltunk több lufi között egy nagyobb méretű, drágább unikornis lufit egy 3 éves kislány szülinapjára. Haza se értünk vele (Zalaegerszegen belül), a lufi szétrepedt. Mikor visszavittük, a boltban azt mondták, sajnos ez volt az utolsó darabjuk, EZ IS RÉGI, nem tudnak helyette másikat adni, hasonlót se, nem az ő hibájuk, VEGYÜNK helyette másikat! ?!?!?! Ezt a fajta hozzáállást a Balatonparton használják, ahol nem kell a visszajáró vendég, az ajánlás!
FRISSÍTÉS:
A véleményezés után megkerestek és igen udvariasan, kedvesen elnézést kértek, valamint felajánlották a kárpótlást. Kellemes meglepetés, pozitív fordulat, végül jó benyomás!
On 06.28, we bought a larger, more expensive unicorn balloon among several balloons for a 3 year old girl’s birthday. We didn't get home with him (inside Zalaegerszeg), the balloons burst. When we took it back, they said in the store, unfortunately it was their last piece, THIS IS OLD, they can't give another one instead, nothing like it, it's not their fault, let's TAKE another one instead! ?!?!?! This kind of attitude is used on the shores of Lake Balaton, where there is no need for a returning guest, the recommendation!
UPDATE:
After the review, they approached me and very politely, kindly apologized and offered compensation. Pleasant surprise, positive turn, finally a good impression!
