Z	Zlatica Truczan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Február végén adtam le a jelentkezésem, hogy náluk dolgozzak Sampling pozícióban ami nem igényel semmilyen komolyabb szaktudást, vagy kompetenciát. Korábban több munkahelyen dolgoztam, mind Budapesten, mind Amszterdamban csapatban, és 3 nyelven beszélek folyékonyan, emelett harmadéves marketing hallgató vagyok az ELTE-n és tanultam az UVA-n is (mindezt csak azért írom le, hogy nem egy olvasatlan, iskolázatlan ember vagyok 0 munkatapasztalattal). Nagyon vágytam az állásra és minden interjú (mert ehhez a diák pozícióhoz 4 fordulós "interjún" kellett megfelelnem) jó hangulatban telt, szimpátiát sugároztak felém és reményt ébresztettek, hogy beleillek a csapatba. Minden fordulón megfeleltem, kreatív voltam és megtaláltam a kémiát az ott dolgozókkal. Ennek ellenére Május közepén a 2. szóbeli interjú után ( ahol újra megkérdezték ,hogy mit tanulok, ami nevetséges) 4 hónappal később, kaptam egy hívást, hogy nem voltam alkalmas a DIÁK termék osztogatás pozícióra. Ehhez nekik 4 hónap kellett, hogy eldöntsék, amíg természetesen nem mertem rábólintani más munkára. Egy indoklást nem kaptam, hogy miért is döntöttek így, és szerintem amúgy is rettentő szakszerűtlen és nem profi 4 forduló és 4 hónap után ennyivel elküldeni valakit. Nagyot csalódtam a csapatban és teljes mértékben lerombolták az image-üket a szememben. NEM AJÁNLOM. Azóta sokkal magasabb pozícióban tudtam érvényesülni egy gyógyszeripari cégnél és nagy örömmel mesélem el kedves RedBull által támogatott híres focista ismerősöm közegében ezt a kellemetlen történetet, és azt hogy Magyarországon sajnos itt is "pofára" megy a szelektálás, vagy csak nem voltam elég "buta" és "dgható" (már elnézést), mert elég belterjes a közeg. Tisztelet a kivételnek a csapatban! At the end of February, I submitted my application to work for them in a Sampling position that does not require any serious expertise or competence. I have previously worked in several workplaces, both in Budapest and in Amsterdam, as a team, and I am fluent in 3 languages, I am a third-year marketing student at ELTE and I also studied at UVA (I only describe this because I am not an unread, uneducated person 0 work experience). I really longed for the job and all the interviews (because I had to meet for this student position in a 4 round “interview”) were in a good mood, radiating sympathy towards me and inspiring hope to fit into the team. I met each round, I was creative and I found the chemistry with the people working there. Nevertheless, in mid-May, after the 2nd oral interview (where they were asked again what I was learning, which is ridiculous) 4 months later, I received a call that I was not suitable for the STUDENT product distribution position. It took them 4 months to decide, until of course I dared to nod to another job. I didn’t get a reason why they made that decision, and I think it’s terribly unprofessional and unprofessional to send someone with that much after 4 rounds anyway. I was very disappointed with the team and they completely ruined their image in my eyes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Since then, I have been able to hold a much higher position at a pharmaceutical company, and I am happy to tell this unpleasant story in the midst of my dear RedBull-sponsored famous football player, and "d possible" (already sorry) because the medium is quite extensive. Respect the exception on the team!
