★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kettő db telefonhoz kerestem tokot, amiket –mivel régi telefonok- rendelni kellett. Rendeléskor kérdésemre azt a választ kaptam, hogy ne érdeklődjek, majd értesítenek. Megadtam a telefonszámomat azzal, hogy a munkahelyemen nem tudom felvenni a telefont, ezért sms-t kérek. Vártam. Több mint egy hét után messengeren próbálkoztam, nem jött válasz. A férjem bement a boltba, hátha mégsem rendelhető, stb. Mindkét tok ott volt, csak elmaradt az ígért értesítés, mint ahogy az is, hogy „bocs”.
I was looking for cases for two phones, which - since they were old phones - had to be ordered. When ordering, I received an answer to my question so that I would not be interested and would be notified. I gave my phone number saying I can’t pick up the phone at work, so I’m asking for an sms. I was waiting. After more than a week I tried messenger, there was no answer. My husband went into the store to see if he could order it, etc. Both cases were there, just missing the promised notice, as was the “sorry”.
