Egyetlen dolgot felejtettek el közölni, hogy a vásárolni kívánt termék lemezfelnire való. Megrendeltük, itthon derült ki, hogy a mi autónkhoz túl kicsi. Vissza akartuk küldeni... Amit kaptunk levélben ezektől.. képtelenek voltak felfogni, hogy kicsi a mi autónkhoz, becsmérelték a kocsinkat, állandóan a BMW-vel jöttek, hogy ezt használják azokhoz is, és egyáltalán nem sikerült megérteniük, hogy a lemezfelnihez való termék nekünk nem jó. Így, mivel fel kellett bontanunk, hogy lássuk, hogy teljesen alkalmatlanok az eladáshoz és nem jót küldtek, ezért az 500 forintos vacakért 2ezret vontak le, plusz ugye oda-vissza postaköltség.
