A redőnyök nagyon jó minőségűek, saját magunk szereltük fel, nem hiányzott egyetlen alkatrész sem a szereléshez, ha kérdésem volt, segítőkészen válaszoltak. A többi ablakra is innen fogom megrendelni. A szállítás és a készítés kb 2 hetet vett igénybe. További sok sikert kívánok a cégnek. The best shutter company I've ever met. The shutters are very good quality, we installed them ourselves, no parts were missing for the installation, if I had any questions, they were helpful. I will order for the other windows from here as well. Delivery and preparation took about 2 weeks. I wish the company much more success.
S	Szerel Szerel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ügyfél kommunikáció elégtelen, megjegyzésben kértem tájékoztasanak a rendelés várható elkészüléséről, mert úgy kell ütemezni a többi munkát, nem történt semmi..Én írtam rájuk, hogy várhatóan mikor kapjuk meg.. Több méretben rendeltünk szúnyoghálókat, késztermékként van feltüntetve, gondolván, hogy egyben, összerakva kapjuk meg, hát nem .. Ledarabolva volt a csomagban, ráadásul a méreteket nem jelezték semmelyik alkatrészen, hogy melyik tartozik össze, kb 2 órát matekoztunk mire összetudtuk válogatni őket, illetve másik 2 óra mire összeraktuk.. Azért azt gondolom, hogy a késztermék meghatározást, javítani kéne annak fényében, hogy darabolva küldik.. Illetve több méretnél, jó lenne a rendelés alapján jelölni, az összetartozó alkatrészeket.. Customer communication is insufficient, in a comment I asked to be informed about the expected completion of the order, because the other work has to be scheduled, nothing happened..I wrote to them about when we are expected to receive it .. We have ordered mosquito nets in several sizes, it is listed as a finished product, thinking that we will get it together, put it together, well not .. It was cut into the package, in addition, the dimensions were not indicated on any of the parts, which belonged together, we did math for about 2 hours before we could sort them together, and another 2 hours before we put them together. I think that the definition of the finished product should be improved in light of the fact that it is shredded .. Or for several sizes, it would be good to mark the related parts according to the order.
T	Temesi Róbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Összességében korrektek. Szerintem nagyon jó áron adják a termékeiket, legalábbis ami a szúnyoghálómhoz kellett személyes átvétel esetén. A webshop kicsit fapados. Pl. azt írta, hogy kapok automatikus visszaigazoló ímélt a rendelésről, de nem kaptam. Viszont amikor FB-on rájuk írtam azonnal elküldték. Ill. túl sok menüszinten keresztül kell navigálni. Viszont minden termékhez van leírás a főbb méretekkel. Olyan 3 nap körül írják, hogy elkészül, de egy hét után rájuk írtam. Kicsit lassan reagálnak FB-on, de reagálnak, és méltányolható, hogy munkaerőhiányra hivatkoznak. Az én rendelésemet záros határidőn belül próbálták bepréselni az időbe, miután jeleztem, hogy tudnom kéne, mikorra lesz meg, és sikerült is nekik, úgy is, hogy csak kis összegben rendeltem. Amúgy személyesen is kedvesek, kultúráltak, szervezettek, precízek, és kellemes környezetben fogadják a vevőket. Overall, they are fair. I think they give their products at a very good price, at least what I needed for my mosquito net in case of personal collection. The webshop is a bit low cost. For example, I wrote that I get an automatic confirmation of the order, but I did not receive it. However, when I wrote about them on FB they were sent immediately. Ill. you have to navigate through too many menu levels. However, each product has a description with the main dimensions. They write around 3 days to get it done, but after a week I wrote about them. They react a bit slowly on FB, but they react and it is appreciated that they refer to a shortage of manpower. An attempt was made to squeeze my order within the deadline, after I indicated that I should know when it would be, and they succeeded, even though I only ordered a small amount. Anyway, they are personally kind, cultured, organized, precise, and welcome customers in a pleasant environment.
