Tornya a hajó jobb oldala mellett áll, kissé hátrébb a déli homlokzat síkjától. A déli homlokzat elé 4 oszlopon álló timpanonos előcsarnokot építettek. Itt van a főbejárat. A templom az 1940-es évek végén épült a II. világháborúban elpusztult helyett, amit a német csapatok felrobbantottak. A rombolást Beck Gergely református lelkész így írta le: "Az elhelyezett robbanóanyagot őrizték az utolsó percig, nem is kevesen. És nem gyújtózsinórral, vagy villamos árammal robbantották fel a templomot, hanem légnyomásra automatikusan rövidzárlatot okozó telefonkagylószerű valamivel. (Utólag megtalálta a lelkipásztor a romok között mintegy 10 db zseblámpa elemmel.) Az utolsó percben kötötték be, amikor a másik templom a robbantásra kész volt.
