Nevezetes lelkésze volt Sepsi Laczkó Máté, aki utóbb Lorántffy Zsuzsanna szolgálatába állt és szőlészettel és borászattal kezdett foglalkozni. A szájhagyomány szerint nevéhez fűződik az első aszúbor előállítása és készítésének első leírása.
The foundation of the braid-style Reformed church was laid in 1786, consecrated in 1792, and the floor is locally mined tuff. His notable pastor was Máté Sepsi Laczkó, who later joined Zsuzsanna Lorántffy and started viticulture and winemaking. According to oral tradition, his name is associated with the production and first description of the production of the first aszú wine.
