Sunny place. The entrance to the water is poor. This southern shore of Lake Balaton is tens of meters very shallow - about knee-deep. The water is pleasantly warm. Ideal conditions for small children and non-swimmers .... Long promenade around the lake with refreshments. Quiet and beautiful place. A nice trip can be taken to the town of Tihany. It is possible to transport by ferry, which is faster and shorter. In Tihany there is a beautiful view of Lake Balaton and lots of small shops with peppers and lavender products.

Super free beach for almost the entire shoreline. -Excellent approach by all vehicles, but motorbike and bike are best. -Standard seasonal eating place and free toilet on just about every corner, but you have to go for it, damn long the beach, no shower. -It was built almost along the shoreline with stones, there is a stepped exit to the lake. In the water the soil is pleasant sand, stone, shells you will not find. The water is clear, especially shallow, deepening slowly, warming up quickly, pleasant, wave almost nothing. The vegetation is beautiful, the wind is almost always swaying, there are many changing cylinders and rubbish bins, the sidewalk is paved all the way, you are resting on beautiful manicured grass, the cleanliness is general, and since the south shore the sunset can be seen above the water! -Parking in the central part of the city is definitely paid until late, in the outer part it is also paid around the road, but there is also a free part. Sometimes - especially on weekends - there is a crowd, if you go late it is hard to find a place. -There is a water equipment rental, fixed track water ski with plenty of optional stuff for the kids as well. Sometimes comes a swarm of seagulls, ducks, swans, tiny fish. -Okay with a dog too! -Although Lake Balaton would be like this everywhere, this is the top place. -Evening programs in the central part of the beach, ferris wheel, entertainment venues, festivals, concerts, bars, etc. for ALL ages, with all sizes, is a must. -Prices (2021) are higher than average. From Kv 500, hambi 1200, hake 550 / 10deka, lángos 800, pizza 1500, the beautiful card can go in several seasonal places. I didn't really see ice cream. Although the campsite buffet was top super, the general standard of the eating places is not very high but all in all, the "cheaper" student seasonal buffets were more disappointing, which looks better, the food is better. -If you want to eat cheap and well, you can bring nasi, juic, iced kv from the store, the right restaurant can go later, so you can avoid the lines as well. -On Sunday night there are traffic jams on the main road to Bp, you have to start early. -It doesn't show in the pictures, but sometimes there are millions, but the crowd is well distributed on the shore and you can find a particularly sparse location. -You should bring a card, ball, slippers.
