★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bolt szép nagy, de a férfi főnök eszméletlen arrogáns. A férfiaktól meg se kérdezi, hogy segítsen-e, csak a nőktől.
A múltkor az egyik női alkalmazottját, úgy leordította, hogy én éreztem magam szarul.
 The store is pretty big, but the male boss is unconsciously arrogant. He doesn’t even ask men to help, just women.
In the past, one of her female employees shouted that I felt like shit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször vásároltunk itt, eddig nem volt probléma, viszont a karácsonyi vásárlásunk volt az utolsó.
16000 forintért vásároltunk a gyereknek egy Husky Hafici interaktív kutyát. 2 hétig nem volt vele baj, viszont ezután a motor elkezdett búgni.
A férjem tegnap visszavitte, mire az volt az arrogáns válasz, mivel amúgy működik, parancsokat teljesíti, nem cserélik, az árát sem kapjuk vissza.
Ezen felül, hiába volt meg a vásárlási blokk, követelték volna a dobozát, sértetlenül. Mikor a férjem kérte, hogy ugyanmár bontsanak ki egyet ott az üzletben előtte, hogy a csomagolás sértetlen maradjon, csak pislogtak.
A gyerek persze nem játszik így a játékkal, fél tőle, úgy búg mintha fel akarna robbani.
Eladni sem tudjuk. Ki venné meg így?
Nem ismerik el, hogy hibás, mert funkcionálisan működik.
Ennyit a 2 éves garanciájukról...
We bought here several times, so far no problem, but our Christmas shopping was the last.
We bought a Husky Hafici interactive dog for the child for 16,000 forints. There was no problem with him for 2 weeks, but then the engine started blaring.
My husband took it back yesterday, by the time the arrogant response was there, because it works anyway, it executes orders, they don’t exchange, we don’t get the price back either.
In addition, even though the shopping block was in place, they would have demanded his box, unharmed. When my husband asked me to unpack one in the store in front of him so that the packaging would remain intact, they just blinked.
The kid, of course, doesn't play with the toy like that, he's afraid of it, he's buzzing as if he wants to explode.
We can't even sell. Who would buy it that way?
It is not acknowledged to be faulty because it works functionally.
So much for their 2 year warranty ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent selection of toys for all ages. Staff are really helpful. The store is well organised and easy to navigate between the Isles and find the section you are looking for. Mind you manage your expectations if you are coming to visit from a different country as tastes in toys and what is popular may be different in Hungary.
Ample parking is available outside.
