★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ózdiként úgy gondoltam, hogy náluk vásárolok. Egy szemüveget rendeltem, amire a megrendeléskor azt mondták, hogy néhány napon belül megérkezik és hívnak. Egy hét múlva (MI) érdeklődtünk, akkor azt mondták, hogy visszaigazolta a nagyker a rendelést és a jövő hét közepére itt lesz. KETTŐ hét múlva ismételten felhívtam őket - mivel senki nem hívott információval - , hogy a státusz felől érdeklődjek, akkor azt a választ kaptam, hogy még nem érkezett meg, de visszaigazolták a rendelést.
3 HÉT alatt nem sikerült leszállítani a terméket. Ezért töröltettem a rendelésemet és megrendeltem máshonnan interneten keresztül. Pénteken reggel megrendeltem máshol, szombaton már jelezte a posta, hogy letétben van a PostaPonton. Ennyit erről. Nem ajánlom senkinek.
As Ozd, I thought I'd buy from them. I ordered a pair of glasses, which they said at the time of ordering that they would arrive and call me within a few days. After a week's inquiries (MI), they said they had confirmed the order and would be here by mid-next week. TWO weeks later I called them again - as no one called to inquire about the status - I received a reply saying they had not arrived yet but confirmed the order.
Product failed to ship within 3 weeks. That's why I canceled my order and ordered it elsewhere from the internet. On Friday morning I ordered elsewhere, on Saturday the post office had already indicated that it was deposited at the Post Office. That's all about that. I don't recommend it to anyone.
