Korrekt volt az ügyintézés, a szervizben dolgozók pedig készségesen válaszoltak minden kérdésre, alaposan átvizsgálták a járművet. A recepción dolgozók is közöltek némi plusz információt, jótanácsokat. Ajánlom másnak is.
A used car was brought in for inspection by prior arrangement. The administration was correct and the service staff willingly answered all the questions and thoroughly inspected the vehicle. The reception staff also provided some extra information and good advice. I would recommend it to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budapestről viszem hozzájuk a kocsimat. (Igen van közelebb is márkaszerviz..de lehet , hogy már nincs bizalom.) Végre egy hely ahol nem a lehúzás a tákolás...hanem a szakértelem, precizitás dominál. Műszaki ember lévén van némi fogalmam arról , hogy ennek miként kell működnie és itt maximálisan működik. Probléma megoldásban , rugalmasságban le a kalappal. Látszik a hozzáálláson , tiszteletben tartják azt , hogy te megdolgoztál azért az autóért!!! A szerelőkkel kezdve a munkafelvevőkön át a recepciósig a folyamatra szánt időt rád figyelve és neked segítve töltik el és nem telefont nyomkodva ,gyorsan lerázva kezelnek. Maximálisan elégedett vagyok velük!
I'll take my car to them from Budapest. (Yes, there is a brand service closer ... but there may be no more trust.) Finally, a place where it is not the pull that is predominant ... but the expertise and precision that dominate. Being a technical person, I have some idea of how this should work and work here to the maximum. Problem solving, flexibility down the hat. You can see in the attitude, they respect that you worked for that car !!! From the mechanics to the contractors to the receptionist, the time spent on the process is spent watching and helping you and not being shaken by the phone, handled quickly. I am maximally satisfied with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itt vettem az autómat állami támogatással. Érthető és tartalmas tájékoztatás, folyamatos visszajelzés, a vevő részéről stresszmentes ügyintézés és jó általános hangulat. Nem hittem volna, hogy több millió forint eltapsolása lehet ennyire kellemes. Remélem a kötelező szervizek alkalmával sem fog megváltozni a véleményem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 13 months for the car I pre-ordered to arrive - during which time the Salesman was helpful & informative.
Sadly, without prior notice, when the car arrived in stock, I was expected to jump as soon as the Boss / Company said jump!!!
That's NOT how it works for me - and it took an unreasonable amount of unexpected effort to explain (inexplicably) that taking and registering a car during the last fortnight of a Calendar Year is utterly bonkers ?
Especially having waited so long.....
EDIT: and THEN, as you see below, they had the nerve to ask what I felt was wrong ??!!
3 stars downgraded to 2 for such blind lack of Customer Care....
