I have rented ski boots, snowboard boots and helmets from them several times without any problems. This year’s rental unfortunately didn’t go too well. Even booking only - there are an awful lot of people looking to rent and few of them won’t win the service. This leads to congestion, irritability and haste. Yes, it turned out that there are many I have been waiting an hour for the receipt. The takeover has taken place. On the course, I asked the instructor to be kind enough to adjust the bandage - it took about 20 minutes in total because the screws froze and even the boots had to be adjusted (it all went out of time during the training). During the exercise, it turned out that the boots won’t come out at all, I can get out of it. My partner pulled me in properly (male athlete). If I have the boots on my feet, I don’t even have a chance to pull them the way he knew from the front. So the lace-up boots are forgettable on my part. When I took back the borrowed stuff, I said so too - I couldn’t take what I had booked. The lady expressed her regret, that’s okay, but after that, I think I’d rather invest in my own equipment. I'm sorry because they're nice and helpful anyway, but if they swim away, they'll swim away. Tiny is the place, people congregate when there is a lot of traffic they can’t serve them.
