K	Kovács Zétény on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amikor rántott húst kértem és közöltem, hogy a 2-ből csak az egyik húst szeretném kérni akkor az árnak csak 3/4-ét vonták le és ráadásul a hús nyersvolt, mikor vissza vittük nagyábol egy 20 percet kellet várni egy újra, azt már megsütötték, de száraz volt és még a kedves szakács úgy gondolta, hogy az enyémet megfűszerezné egy kis hajjal, a krumpli sótlan volt és mindanjian felvoltunk puffadva a étel után (pedig a családomból csak apukám glutén érzékeny) és amikor megkérdezte, hogy az ételben van-e liszt és erre azt válaszolta a pultos nő, hogy nincsen és spoiler volt benne. When I asked for fried meat and said that I wanted to ask for only one of the 2 meats, only 3/4 of the price was deducted and in addition the meat was raw, when we took it back from there we had to wait another 20 minutes, it was already fried but it was dry and even the lovely chef thought he would spice it up with a little hair, the potatoes were unsalted and we were all puffed up after the meal (even though my dad was only gluten sensitive from my family) and when he asked if he was in the meal flour and the bartender replied that there was no and there was a spoiler in it.

A hús és a gomba nyers volt, a kukoricát szimplán kihagyták. Igazából kinézetre olyan volt mintha tejszín leves lett volna spagetti tésztával, az egész víz ízű volt. A kutyámnak se adnék ilyen ételt. Ezt követően, amint kidobtam megírtam a panaszom a foodpandán keresztül, ahol ma láttam, hogy az ügy megoldva?! Sajnos nem látom, hogy bármi meg lett volna oldva kifizettem 1800Ft-ot a semmiért. Kérem legyenek szívesek valójában orvosolni a problémámat és nem csak bejelölni a foodpandán, hogy megoldva a panaszom, mert egyáltalán nincs megoldva. Amennyiben nem teszik meg további lépéseket teszek. If I could, I would rate it at -10. I ordered Florentine spaghetti from them yesterday, which was inedible and landed in the trash. I wouldn't give my dog that kind of food either. After that, as soon as I threw it out I wrote my complaint through foodpanda where I saw the matter resolved today ?! Unfortunately, I don't see that anything was solved, I paid 1800 HUF for nothing. Please please actually remedy my problem and not just check the food panda to have my complaint resolved because it is not resolved at all. If they don't, I'll take further action.

Én csak annyit láttam, hogy Önkiszolgáló étterem. Ok, jó lesz. Valami elhanyagolt, rendezetlen terület van előtte, mindenki ott parkol, ahol éppen tud. Kissé sáros, kikopott fű is van. Bent nem annyira önkiszolgáló ez, napközis tálcával járhatsz, tologathatod a polcon, és kérhetsz, ami van. A menü vonzó és olcsó is. A és B variációban létezik. Mégsem azt kértem, hanem rántott disznóhúst, petrezselymes burgonyával. Ez így 1500 forint, meg hozzá a hűtőből üdítő még vagy 300 valamennyi. Nem drága. Csak nem jó. Elkeserítően semmilyen ízű kaja volt ez, a petrezselyem volt a legdominánsabb benne, a többi mind jellegtelen. Próbálta, sózni még, hátha. De az is lehet, hogy csak rosszat választottam. Az üzletben senkin nem volt maszk, kesztyű, kézfertőtlenítőt sem láttam sehol. Mindenki oroszrulettet játszott, úgy látszik. I went to Zugló towards Örs Leader's Square and saw this place. Minden esetben finom volt az étel, Tegnap rendeltem, de köztes futár cég szállítás nélkül teljesítettre állította rendelést, azon túl félre is tájékoztatot. Felhívtam ezek után a Repettanyát, készségesen elmondták valójában mi történt, azonnal elkészítették újra a rendelést és a saját futárjuk kihozta. Vendéglátásból és panaszkezelésből is jeles.
