Ha lehetne 10 csillagot adnék! A világ legkorrektebb cége névre pályázhat! 4 év után elszállt az egyik redőnymotor, és szó nélkül cserélték!!! Segítettek szerelőt találni, és fél nap alatt újra rendben lett az elektromos redőny! Korábban egy távirányító kezdett makacskodni, és azt is ingyen és bérmentve cserélték ki pár nap alatt, egy újabb modellre, holott már azt is 3 évig nyomogattuk előtte! Ritka az ilyen cég! Nem kellett számlát, meg garancia levelet mutogassak, elküldtem a hibás termék képét és jött az új. A hibásat persze be kellett vinni, de csak UTÓLAG! Kívánom, hogy ez az üzleti korrektség, magatartás és hitvallás kifizetődő és rentábilis működés hozzon a vállalkozásnak, mert ahogy és amit csinálnak több mint mintaértékű! Köszönöm!

Earlier, a remote control started to stubborn, and it was also replaced for free and on duty in a few days, with another model, even though we had been printing it for 3 years before! Such a company is rare! I didn't need an invoice and a warranty letter, I sent a picture of the defective product and a new one came. The faulty one had to be brought in, of course, but only AFTER! I wish this business fairness, conduct and creed would bring a profitable and profitable operation to the business because the way and what they do is more than exemplary! Thanks!
