A	Alex Toth Sandor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon jártam a Piacz utca 63. alatti Rieker márkaboltba. Reklamáció miatt kellett visszavinnem egy sport cipőt amit 3 napja ott az üzletben vásároltam. Igaz felpróbáltam ott a cipőt, de azon rövid idő alatt nem derült ki hogy nyomja a lábom. Az üzletvezető fiatal ember megengedhetetlen stílusban elkezdett kioktatni hogy nem vásárolhatom le a cipőt “ ez nem egy bizományi bolt, felnőttek vagyunk eltudjuk dönteni, hogy mit akarunk stb. Már elnézést kérek így kell beszélni egy vásárlóval???? Nem egy vevőközpontú üzlet és ez az üzletpolitikájuk hogy kioktatják a vásárlót. Nem gondolom hogy ez a jó irány. Nem jó dolgomban mentem oda hanem mert ez a cipő nekem nem volt megfelelő. Én elmagyaráztam neki hogy már vettem itt egy csizmát is ami bevált, de ennek a márkának a sport cipője valószínű nekem nem megfelelő. Akkor kicsit lehiggadt és azt mondta levásárolhatom. Néztem boka csízmákat amiből nem tudtak adni méretet. Kérdeztem visszakaphatnám-e a cipő árát. Azt mondta semmiképp se le kell vásárolni. Kérdezem én, ha nem tudnak méretet adni miért nem lehet vissza adni az árát? Így elhoztam egy csízmát amiből szintén nem volt a méretem egy számmal nagyobbat választottam. Én is kereskedelemben dolgozom, de ha így beszélnék a vevővel már rég nem lenne állásom. Ez nem egy jó üzletpolika amit Önök képviselnek és szerintem nem lesz hosszútávú a bolt működése ha ezt folytatják. Illetve még az iskolában is azt tanítják hogy : A vevőnek mindig igaza van. De ez az Úriember nem járt sztem kereskedelmi iskolába , de erkölcstan órára biztosan nem. Hiszen egy hölggyel így nem beszélünk aki ráadásul egy vásárló . És Önök vannak a vásárlóért nem fordítva. Köszönöm hogy leírhattam a véleményemet a boltról. Soha többet nem teszem be oda a lábom és mindenkinek ezt fogom tanácsolni. Így még egy üzletben sem aláztak meg . True, I tried on the shoes there, but in that short time it didn’t turn out to push my foot. The store manager’s young man in an impermissible style started teaching me how not to buy shoes “it’s not a commission store, we’re adults we can decide what we want and so on. I'm sorry so I have to talk to a customer ???? It’s not a customer-centric business and it’s their business policy to educate the customer. I don't think that's the right direction. I didn’t go there for a good thing but because this shoe wasn’t right for me. I explained to him that I had already bought a pair of boots here that worked, but the sports shoes from this brand are probably not right for me. Then he calmed down a bit and said I could buy it. I looked at ankle boots from which they couldn’t give size. I asked if I could get the price of the shoe back. He said there was no way to buy it. I ask if they can't give a size why can't I give back the price? So I brought a boots from which I also didn't have a size, I chose a number bigger. I also work in commerce, but if I talked to the buyer like that, I wouldn’t have a job for a long time. This is not a good business policy that you represent and I do not think it will be long-term for the store to continue. Or even in school, they teach that: The buyer is always right. But this Gentleman did not attend a stem commercial school, but certainly not a moral class. After all, we are not talking about a lady who is also a customer. And you are the other way around for the buyer. Thanks for allowing me to write my opinion about the store. I will never put my foot in there again and I will advise everyone on this.
