The graphic designer had already finished it, but the printing house helped me choose the paper and envelope. It was a fast, kind and punctual job, the invitations were just the way we dreamed!

Még a nyomda felkeresése előtt választott papírunkat sajnos nem tudtuk vinni, de itt találtunk számunkra megfelelőt, és a végeredmény nagyon szép lett. Rugalmasak és gyorsak voltak, nyilván ez függ attól, hogy mennyi a megrendelés, de végül a vártnál sokkal hamarabb kaptuk kézhez csodaszép meghívóinkat, amit ezúton is köszönünk. Unfortunately, we were not able to take the paper we had chosen before visiting the printing house, but we found the right one for us here, and the end result was very nice. They were flexible and fast, obviously it depends on how much the order is, but in the end we received our wonderful invitations much sooner than expected, which we thank again.

Panasztételünk során az ügyfélszolgálatos elnézést kért, mert szerinte is elfogadhatatlan volt a minőség, majd az önjelölt minőségellenőr vezér, fontoskodva megpróbált meggyőzni minket, hogy nincs különbség, ezért nem cseréli a matricákat. Szakmaiatlan, korszerűtlen ügyfélkezelés, silány, elfogadhatatlan gyártási minőség jellemzi a helyet. Nem gyártatunk velük többet semmit, más se tegye!!!! Instead of the good quality sticker shown in the picture, they managed to produce a sticker that is many times worse than 2020. In the course of our complaint, the customer service apologized because he thought the quality was unacceptable, and then the self-appointed quality control leader tried hard to convince us that there was no difference, so he would not change the stickers. The place is characterized by unprofessional, outdated customer service, poor, unacceptable production quality. We don't make anything more with them, don't do anything else !!!!
