★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manicure filed my nails so hard it hurted my fingers. Not enought she had to redo my nails twice cos the gel wasn't getting dry with the uv light. It turned out I had to choose a different color and the result was horrible. I still had to pay for it. She said she would give me a discount next time but I don't want it again for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for manicure and pedicure, got my appointment setup but the specialist had no clue about my appointment, she had only 1 hour to do both before the next client she was expecting. The result was very poor quality. Only few colors available, working area seems dirty and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed each of my visits in Rituale Spa, I went so far for Swedish massages, face treatments and Japanese manicure. Each time the appointment started in time, service was professional and the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a manicure - the place was dirty, they barely have any colours, the polish is not done precisely even with just a transparent colour - I didnt even dare going for anything else than transparent. Apart from that the place is downstairs with no windows. The manicure table is only seperated from the massage area with a curtain... For looking so dodgy they charge rather high prices for Hungarian standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had high hopes for this spa, as it had good reviews and recommendations. I'm really disappointed. The place is dirty. The tools were sanitized before use, but there is a layer of dust over everything. There are maybe ten nail colours to choose from. The chair for the pedicure was shaky and uncomfortable. The manicure and pedicure areas are separated from the massage area by a curtain. (I wasn't there for a massage, and now I know not to go.)
The manicure and pedicure themselves were just bad. My nails are not even, the polish looks like it was applied by a child. It's already starting to chip! The manicurist seemed to be in a rush, and uninterested in doing a thorough job. In fact, at one point she got some kind of thread baked into the polish on one of my nails. Instead of redoing the nail when I pointed it out, she just covered it up with more polish. There is a dirty thread on my nail under a mountain of polish.
Between the dust, the lack of selection, the bad quality and the unreasonably high price, I will never return and really do not recommend this spa.

Gloria explained every step along the way and also pointed out the benefits of the products she uses and mixed depending upon your skin. The products are all of natural ingredients. The massages, that were part of the treatment, were heavenly and soo relaxing. I felt very spoilt! Will definitely go again.
