Best Medical Center in Hungary

L	Ludy Manalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical center is good, but dental services are terrible and way more expensive than its actual worth. I went to complain about some gum and toothache, but the dentist did not even do anything to address the issue. For her, "everything is okay". Thousands of forint spent but initial complaint left unaddressed. You are also obliged to pay for additional doctor and nurse fee and infection control, even though the nurse did nothing but stand and only one instrument was used to check my teeth. Disappointing service, and overpriced for its worth.

I've had a couple of incorrect diagnoses, the worst which was later to confirmed to be skin cancer - the dermatologist there told me there was no problem and I should just put some cream on it! I've also had some good experiences there too. But I don't have a huge amount of confidence in the answers I get when I go there and I have started to shop around elsewhere. It is also incredibly expensive and honestly, for the money they're charging, you would think they would make sure they were providing a decent service. The computer equipment they have is hideously out of date and the doctors regularly have problems using it. Duna Medical Centre has expanded recently and I have found it to be a much better alternative for anyone that's looking.
H	Havra Marketwala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible reception services (especially when completing a payment). Had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Gullai. Her bedside manner was abrupt and lacked empathy. She recommended tests and follow-up that were deemed "'questionable'' and ''overmedicalized'' by other physicians I queried. Use any other clinic; Roszakert is neither competent nor reliable in their patient care. I also responded to several surveys they sent me about the quality of treatment I received and I never received any acknowledgement or even a call-back about my complaints.
E	Evgenia Jarabik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craziest dentistry prices i seen in the city. for the simplest aesthetic filling - 56000FT, which is approximately 185 USD, or 160 EUR. I am not even talking about the quality. the best and most expensive dental clinics in Budapest offer the same kind of filling for much less. Last time i am using their dental services. I wish i have read all the bad reviews before going there.
F	Fleur Vanille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this medical center, I called 4 days before my appointment to ask about the price of the examination, and the assistant said that it is exactly 70 200 Huf In the same day of my examination I received a bill with 95 600 Huf, I called the staff and sent e-mails, and still did not get any clear reason why this happened!! I had to leave the country in that period otherwise I would attack them by law. Be careful guys! and it is better if you go somewhere else, Budapest is full of medical centers.
Y	Yasemin Oduncu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again! I went a few times to different doctors. Unfortunately none of them didn't help me. I spent a lot of money for all kind of tests but the problem wasn't solved. The prices are much higher than in other private clinics and they charge extra fee 12 000 huf for english speaking doctors which I find very unfair. In most private clinics in Budapest all the doctors speak English, and I was never ever extra charged for it there, only it happens in RMC. It is also not possible to reach the doctor for a short telephone consultation or just a question. You need to pay for it. In my case I first got the bill of 24 000 huf!!!! for 3 minute telephone call with the doctor. It was a very short discussion of my test result. Later when I was shocked to get the bill and investigated the reason, they appologized for the "mistake" and changed it to 8000 huf. I don't recommend to anybody! Double standard to foreigners, very high prices and not very proffessional doctors.

Y	Yutta Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hospital!! Their toilets are equipped with women sanitary needs which I found thoughtful. The staff were patient and welcoming and if I may add spoke very good English. Timings are spot on too. I have no complaints at all. I had a good experience with the ENT specialist, DR. Andrej Banik; I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that is admirable. I would definitely recommend him AND the hospital too! I’m impressed
