I heard about the incredible durability of acacia wood and was looking for a good supplier. Felületi szálkásodások, hibák sokasága.Gyanítom a felhasznált alapanyag nem volt kellően előkészítve. Pedig egy vagyont fizettem érte! Most még a levelimre sem válaszolnak. Be kellene perelnem az egész bandát! They have a large arc for warranty issues. My terrace made of acacia looks disgraceful after a year and a half. There are a lot of surface splinters and defects. Telefonon mikor kerestem őket, épp nem értek rá, ígért visszahívásuk elmaradt. Nem egy évre szántam, ezért bosszantó számomra. I share the opinion of Attila Nemes, I have an older terrace covering that is longer in length, instead of the promised modern glue, it was definitely not used well, the pieces are simply separated. Végül is megtisztelve kellett éreznem magam, hogy a cég ügyfele lehettem. A sofőr szerencsére felhívott indulás előtt, mert vele nem igazán sikerült dűlőre jutni egyszer sem. Szóval már úgy gondoltam hagyom a fenébe az egészet és onnan többet sosem se ezt, se mást, de a sofőr precízsége, problémamegoldó képessége egyenlőre megváltoztatta a véleményem. Egy biztos, ha az én alkalmazottaim lennének a hölgy kezéből elvenném a telefont az tuti. We ordered firewood from here not for the first time, but almost for the last time.
