S	Silvester Bastjancic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was very good, delivery service is very thoughtfull. They packed the pizza veggies seperately so they stay fresh. Insane. Never seen that. And the tiramisu. Oh my god. There was so much and so good. Would give 10/5 stars.

Even though they weren't able to speak English (like most Hungarians), they told me the pizza would arrive in 30-40 minutes. It's been two hours and a half and no pizza has arrived. Totally unrecommended. Very unprofessional. Now I'm hungry and I want a pizza.

The pizza was covered in the ingredient that I specified I didn’t want. A note was included in both the order and on the phone at time of order. Shameful service and I’m glad I never have to deal with this place again. Seriously poor management. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO RESTAURANT REPLY: Even in their google review, rather than show the mature empathy any well established business would, they still find the ability to be sarcastic and refute the customer. I’m glad the person I spoke to isn’t the owner, and they frankly would fail at the first obstacle if they tried to own a business themselves with service like that. Simply put, they’re not worth engaging with, and it’s a blatant abhorrent lie that they’ve included relating to the ongoing pandemic. They should be ashamed of their regard for customer service and take a look in the mirror.
J	John Rolfsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Nétpincers flaws in their app I accidentally ordered my pizza to my friends place (yes I double checked that the app was set for my adress before I choose a restaurant), which is fine and all as I don't mind buying my friend a pizza. What I do not like is the fact that I pre-paid the pizza and the delivery guy then charged my friend the full amount in cash. I called the restaurant the moment after my friend called me upset, asking why I was ordering a pizza to his place "without paying for it", and was promised to be called back in a few minutes. It has now been 50 minutes since I called and not a single attempt at a call back. This place is a scam, you just don't charge twice for something!

M	Mrs Luzanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to make an order online on the website provided in the pizzeria's description on 24.11.19. around 23:50 because on the website as well as on google maps this place was marked as working until 2:00. My order was successfully made according to the website and as you can see in this email that I have received a few minutes after placing the order. However no pizza was delivered to my address and no attempts to notify me about my order status were made. Weird and poor service. Strange why it has good reviews.
