★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt like they see me as not a same human. It was very sad experience with the staff how she communicated to me. I’m confused why they could say to the customers like “What are you saying? I don’t understand at all!”. Language matters to communicate but the way of expression is totally up to us. I’m sure the customers won’t feel comfortable when they say the things with the unhappy face and put the hand just like this ?? in front of the customers without any words just to tell the social distancing. Who will be happy to buy things there? Who will feel want to communicate with them? I was simply shocked. No welcome atmosphere at all. (at least for me, foreigner..)
