D	Dorner Dénes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még szeptemberben jeleztük a cégnek, hogy a következő 6 hónapban nagy mennyiségben lesz szükségünk egy termékre. A termék október elejére hiánycikk lett. Akkor azt igérték, hogy szólnak, ha érkezik a termékből. Nem szóltak, véletlenül vettük észre a webáruházban, hogy van készlet. Amikor mentem a termékért, jeleztem az eladóknak, hogy annyit vinnék el, amennyi befér az autóba. Ennek megoldásában rettentő merevek, és rugalmatlanok voltak. Közölték, hogy fizessek ki annyit, ami biztosan befér. Pakoljam be, és ha fér még, akkor menjek vissza, és írnak még számlát... Bepakoltam az első adagot, és még fért volna bőven, de nem volt már kedvem újra bemenni, újra számlát íratni, a raktárossal újra kihozatni az árut, és még egyszer pakolni. Októberben ezt a terméket Debrecenben sikerült megvásárolni. Az ottani italnagykerben kihoztak egy raklappal (fizetés nélkül), bepakoltam, ami befért, és utána számláztunk. Back in September, we signaled to the company that we would need a large quantity of a product in the next 6 months. The product became a shortage item in early October. Then they promised to say it when it came from the product. They did not say, we accidentally noticed in the web store that there is stock. When I went for the product, I indicated to the sellers that I would take as much as would fit in the car. They were terribly rigid and inflexible in solving this. I was told to pay as much as I could for sure. I'll pack it up, and if it still fits, I'll go back and write another invoice ... I packed the first portion and it would have been plenty, but I didn't feel like going in again, writing an invoice again, bringing the goods out again with the warehouse worker, and pack again. In October, this product was purchased in Debrecen. They brought me out at the beverage wholesaler there with a pallet (without pay), I packed what fit and we billed afterwards.

A telefonon a cég munkatársa még bocsánatot sem kért, nekiállt vitatkozni. Innen ne rendeljenek semmit, soha!! Delivery is below standard! They don’t tell you when they’re coming and if you’re not home right away, they won’t come back for days. When I got a date, they didn’t come. On the phone, a company employee did not even apologize, he started arguing. Don't order anything from here, ever !!
