★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hely a célnak tökéletesen megfelel, elég jól felszerelt, minden van, ami az edzésekhez kell. Számomra az edzések felépítése, tempója is csillagos ötös.
The place is perfect for the purpose, quite well equipped, it has everything you need for training. For me, the structure and pace of the workouts are also five-star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mind a csoportos, mind az egyéni edzéseiket csak ajánlani tudom. A kezdők és a haladók is megtalálják a számításukat, akár erőnlétről, akár technikákról van szó. A terem jól felszerelt, szinte mindennap van lehetőség edzésre, a csoportos órákon szintjük szerint beosztva több edző foglalkozik a tanítványokkal, minden edző angolul is jól beszél. A társaság nagyon jó, segítőkész, összetartó.
I can only recommend both group and individual workouts. Both beginners and advanced will find their calculation, whether it’s endurance or techniques. The room is well equipped, it is possible to train almost every day, in group lessons, divided into several coaches according to their level, the students deal with the students, all coaches also speak English well. The company is very good, helpful, cohesive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent training, equipment and atmosphere (by which i mean: no posers, bullies or aggression). The gym is suitable for english speakers as well. You can book 1 on 1 private lessons (which i did and can absolutely recommend). This gym is one of the very rare occassions where you can learn actual technical skills in a methodical way.
