★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly romantic when you are alone in the place :) Loved the common spaces too, returning to socialize more with other guests! Perfect bed and bathroom.

- very nice decorations
- good location, close to city center and the baths
- ok continental breakfast
- the dinner is served at Aqua Hotel at 700m away, but the menu is ok

Not so good aspects:
- dirty pillows (smelling of sweat)
- the payment is requested upfront, at arrival - it's the only place where I saw something like this (usually the payment is requested when the guest leaves)
- very hot inside
- no ventilation in the bathroom
- the rooms are around a large courtyard, near an area where people stay, talk and smoke until late in the night - it was hard to get some sleep
- very small pillows and hard mattress on the bed
- only one towel for each person, for a 5 day stay
- crowded breakfast area, no Covid prevention measures or distancing between tables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, great breackfast with plenty of options. Very good location close to the casle and the Gyulafurdo. Our room was on ground floor and at night it was really noisy..doors are not soundproof and I could not sleep because of the noise. If you choose this accomodation, ask for a quiet room if you want to sleep at night.
