But:
This was our second time there and we were with a pram. They did not bother to help my husband who had to carry it down the stairs by himself. Let alone yesterday it was almost empty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have pre-booked an accommodation over the phone. The hotel reached out to us after a week that they need to raise the price by almost 60% of the original price. The reason was that they were not calculating with a festival during this period. Really unprofessional management.
