Már nem első alkalommal fordult elő, hogy a 10%-os kedvezményt nem voltak hajlandóak jóváírni. Hiába kértem és adtam át a Rossmann+ kártyát. Mikor ma ezt szóvá is tettem a blokk átnézését követően, a csinos viszont inkorrekt és bunkó, lekezelő kasszás lány a rendszer hibájára fogta a kedvezmény elmaradását. Technikai gondok mindenhol akadnak, ezzel nem is lenne baj, viszont erről nem tájékoztatott, sőt még az utánam következő vásárló 10%-os kedvezmény kérését is "oké"-val nyugtázta, őt sem tájékoztatva arról, hogy semmiféle kupont nem alkalmaz a vásárlásánál. Természetesen a kasszás nem kért elnézést. Tudom, hogy nem az eszük miatt veszik ide fel dolgozni az embereket, viszont az alap kommunikáció és udvariasság elvárás lehetne. Először egy másik vásárlóval beszéltek szerintem minősíthetetlenül, ma velem. Az a tájékoztatás, amit kaptam: egyszerűen letaglózott. Kész szerencse, h az anyámat nem szidta azért, amiért én nem úgy tudtam a dolgokat, ahogyan ő elmondta. Még sosem írtam be panaszkönyvbe, de ma nagyon úgy érzem, hogy kellett volna. I'm terribly upset! I’ve been to this store three times so far to shop, but I’ve experienced twice how immodest the people who work there are.
