L	Lauren McGlade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel needs major updating the room was dirty and shabby didn't look like the pictures at all. The shower and bathroom was mouldy and the shower door handle was broken. A male receptionist had major attitude with us when we simply requested towels. Unsatisfactory stay, this hotel is not 4 stars at all, not even worthy of 1 to be honest.

P	Paul Goddard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a grubby area, but is close to transport links. The bar was closed most of the time during my three-day stay, meaning that there was nowhere to get a coffee. The room was adequate and the breakfast was acceptable. The staff were helpful.

It would be hard for him to get more than two stars. Despite booking in advance, our rooms were not ready. We had to wait 3 hours to check in. Rooms relatively small. The hotel's parking lot is equipped with an elevator that takes the car to the basement. Unfortunately, our car was too big, although the description showed that it would be ok. During the five-day stay, no one cleaned the room, did not change the bedding, did not refill toilet paper, etc. When checking out, staff checked the room and found the towels to be so dirty they were not washable. We were overcharged 30 euros for 4 towels extra fee. It's a scandal. We will never visit this place again. I do not recommend.
L	Lana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an enjoyable stay here. The place itself is a bit outdated and rough around the edges. But clean and comfortable none the less. Breakfast was not as good as I was expecting and would advise not to pay extra for, just go round the corner and there is a lovely bakery. Staff were very kind.

They are attentive to every wish or need you have The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is serviced by Profesional staff, the food quality is superb. I warmly recommend this boutique hotel, 4 stars, has a parking garage and is well situated in the city. Yes, I do recommend this hotel warmly!

Slightly dirty room- Walls and carpet had stains. Bed very comfortable, slept well. Still enjoyed my stay though, bar at hotel is nice.

Breakfast was very good and the host was so kind. Staff helped with everything including finding a lost phone!! Great value.
