★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volt képük úgy hirdetni az eladó lakásokat, hogy: "ősfás környezetben", Pffff... valójában a beruházás során (talán kettő kivételével a szobor mellett) kivágtak minden ősfát.
A környezetében még valóban vannak ilyen fák a szomszéd telkeken belüli.
Amúgy a környék neve Rézmál és nem Rózsadomb, de persze megértjük a hatásvadász elnevezést.
Kár, hogy volt olyan feneketlen zsebű a hivatalban, aki a környék polgári villaházai közé egy ekkora órmotlan komplexum építését engedélyezte.
Aki látta az építkezést, az tudja miről beszélek: letarolták és lebontották a fél domboldalt, elhordták a fél hegyet, hogy ezt a modern Babilont felhúzzák az ősfák helyére.
