E-mailre nem válaszolnak, a központi számon állandóan foglalt az ügyintéző, siralmas az egész. A rendelés nyomon követésénél nem is jelzi, hogy kb. mikorra várható. The production of kitchen furniture has been slipping for two weeks, the first time there was only feedback that there will be a slip for 1 week. They do not answer e-mails, the central number is constantly occupied by the clerk, the whole thing is deplorable. When tracking an order, it does not even indicate that approx. when expected.

Lehetne a szlogenjük: IDE A PÉNZT UTÁNA LE VAGY SZARVA. Volt egy reklamációm, több mint három hétig ültek rajta és még csak elnézést sem kértek az üzletben. Közömbösen szinte unottan álltak a problémámhoz. Csak hárították a felelősséget, nem az ő hibájuk a gyártó hibája ők csak a forgalmazó. SOHA TÖBBÉ NEM VÁSÁROLOK EBBEN AZ ÜZLETBEN! Attól, hogy odarakják a teljesítési dátum elé a "várható" szót, nem mentesíti fel őket az alól, hogy ha már késés van, akkor arról megfelelő tájékoztatást adjanak. A központi telefonszám folyamatosan foglalt ügyintézőkről csipog, ezek szerint másoknak ugyanígy nem teljesítenek normálisan? Senkinek sem ajánlom ezt az áruházat, mert a panaszkezelés és a korrektség ismeretlen fogalom. I would not recommend this store to anyone because complaint handling and fairness are an unknown concept.

Az eladó akivel mi beszéltünk segítőkész volt. Az előleg fizetés után a jelzett időpontban mehettünk a bútorért. Kártyával és készpénzzel is lehet fizetni.
